Delivery time of our articles depends on the product’s availability and the destination of the delivery. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 days after receiving your order. We reserve the right to deliver the orders in multiple deliveries. Shipping fees depend on the chosen delivery method. For international deliveries, your delivery options and costs are determined by your zip code and country. You will be shown the available delivery methods and shipping fees before you check out.
Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimated given by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the given shipping time estimate from the day you receive your order confirmation. However, the delivery times are estimates only, and sometimes there might occur delays. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been handed to carriers. Please note that we use external service providers for carrying out shipping.
Needless to say, we offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from our online store. Consumers have the right to cancel their order placed through the online store and return the product within 30 days of receiving of the order. Please note that the return policy does not apply to custom-made or tailored articles, or for sealed articles if the seal has been broken.
The returned article must be unused and capable of being resold. The article must be packaged either in its original packaging or in a similar manner. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the article is faulty, or the wrong articles are delivered. If you need another style you will need to place a new order. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Before returning, contact us with email email@example.com. Please note, that your return must have sufficient postage paid. Returns, where postage is not paid, will not be accepted. Return costs will be refunded only in cases where we have made a mistake (e.g. sent you a wrong article), the article is faulty or the article was damaged during delivery.
